When I started the Metabolic Balance Program with Dietician Seema Malik, my health was honestly in a worrying state.

At that time:
• Weight: 115 kg
• HbA1c: 10.9
• Fasting sugar: 193

From Sluggish to Stable: Amit Kumar’s Metabolic Shift

When Amit Kumar from Punjab began the Metabolic Balance program on 1st December, long work hours and constant fatigue had taken over his routine. Post-lunch sluggishness and low energy were everyday struggles.

His reports showed uncontrolled diabetes — HbA1c 10.4%, average glucose 251, very high TSH, low iron, and abnormal liver function tests. Despite high-dose medication, sugar levels stayed high. At 101 kg, 5’10”, and on a vegetarian diet, he felt stuck.
